The Anti-Human Trafficking Program has been made possible through funding received from: Women and Gender Equality Canada – Provincial Government
This program includes wrap-around services to survivors of sex trafficking.
All services are provided within a feminist, trauma-informed approach. We will meet women where they are at physically, emotionally and mentally and support them to move to a place of safety and beyond.

Anti-Human Trafficking Community Outreach
Meeting women at safe community locations or at our office to support with:
- Ongoing Risk Assessments & Individualized Safety Planning
- Access to emergency shelter & health services, as needed
- Access to basic necessities such as food, clothing, hygiene products
- Connection to legal/justice/government services & other community supports
- Accompaniment to appointments for support and advocacy
- Support with obtaining ID and its safe storage
- Healthy relationship information
- Goal setting and supports in achieving them
Anti-Human Trafficking Shelter Support
Supporting women as they navigate leaving the game and living in a safe environment:
- Personalized in-shelter support to assist women adapting to living in a shelter environment
- Building resiliency against returning to Human Trafficking through collaborative counselling and support
- Connection & accompaniment to health/legal/housing & any other appointments
- Life skills enhancement, as needed
