Youth Counselling
Do you think you have too much to handle? Does it feel like you have no one to talk to? Do you feel lonely, isolated and unsupported?
WR provides personal, free and confidential counselling services to youth of all genders, ages 10-18.
Supportive counselling topics focus on experienced or witnessed abuse, such as bullying, sexual harassment and parental conflicts.
Child Witness Group Programs
Support groups for children and youth ages 5-12.
Children are often victims or witnesses of domestic violence that can lead to behavioral, learning, physical, social and emotional distress.
Our Child Support Groups offer a safe environment to children and youth to help them express their feelings, learn how to manage emotions, improve self-esteem, practice safety and conflict resolutions.
Support is also available and advised for children’s caregivers in an effort to ensure that the practices are carried out.
