How Our Board Works

The Women’s Resources Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and oversight through a committee structure that allows board members to contribute their expertise in key areas of governance. Committees meet regularly throughout the year, make recommendations to the Board, and help ensure the organization remains accountable, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of women and children in our community. The work of the Board is guided by principles of good governance, strategic planning, financial stewardship, and community impact.
