Tara has served on the Women’s Resources Board since 2025. She is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific and brings extensive leadership experience in human resources, organizational development, and people management.
Tara joined the board to support an organization that provides critical services and advocacy for women and families in the community. She believes that meaningful change happens when individuals contribute their time, knowledge, and experience, and she is proud to support the organization’s mission through her board service.
Fun fact: Tara usually has at least one crochet project on the go.
