Tracy has served on the Women’s Resources Board of Directors since 2025. She brings extensive experience in the non-profit sector, with a professional background in operations, human resources, and team management. She is passionate about community engagement and has dedicated her time to supporting local organizations through board service and volunteerism.
Tracy joined the Women’s Resources Board because she believes every woman deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. She is committed to helping strengthen access to the resources and services women need to build safe, successful futures. Her motivation for serving is rooted in a desire to transform her passion for social equity into meaningful and lasting community impact.
Fun fact: Although born in Canada, Tracy had the opportunity to live in the Caribbean, an experience that broadened her perspective and appreciation for different cultures. She is also a proud mother of three children and devoted caregiver to two energetic Bernedoodles, who keep life busy and full of joy.
