Healthy Workplace Monitor
(3 month contract with possibility of extension)
Women’s Resources of Kawartha Lakes is currently looking for a full time contract Healthy Workplace Monitor (35 hours per week). The individual will be responsible to greet and screen all visitors to Women’s Resources and provide ongoing sanitation of common areas. In addition, she will thoroughly implement and follow the health protocols to ensure that our agency and visitors are protected from COVID.
Cleaning supplies and the required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided by WR
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and advise them of WR Covid-19 safety practices
- Ensure Building Entry Protocol is met
- Clean and sanitize common areas of the building as required
- Clean public washroom on a regular basis as per guidelines
- Ensure all hand hygiene stations are fully stocked
- Assist with reorganization of supplies & equipment as requested
Qualifications Required:
- Certificate or diploma in health services, human services preferred
- Understanding of and commitment to COVID protocols
- Outgoing, warm, friendly personality
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Discrete and able to uphold confidentiality
- Assertive and successful in conflict resolution
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong commitment to cleaning and sanitization protocols
- Must be reliable
