We offer individual counselling for women and teens who are currently experiencing abuse or who have experienced abuse in the past, including sexual abuse. Our outreach counselling services provide confidential, trauma-informed support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Find support for children and youth

We provide compassionate support for children and teens who have witnessed or experienced violence. Our services include one-to-one counselling, recreational programming, and Child Witness Groups. These programs focus on building self-esteem, strengthening positive conflict-resolution skills, and fostering healthy relationships.

Emergency transportation is available to help women get to the shelter.

Our emergency shelter provides safe, confidential accommodation for women, with or without children, who are fleeing abuse. Open 24/7, Victoria’s offers a supportive environment where women are empowered to make informed choices about their safety and future.

Anti-Human Trafficking Program
Get help leaving a trafficking situation

A trauma-informed program supports survivors of all ages and genders through safety, advocacy, and education. For those aged 16 and over, we offer safe accommodation and extended supports beyond the shelter. We also provide educational presentations for schools and community groups to raise awareness and support at-risk youth.
