It is the 14th year for Women’s Resources signature fundraiser, our Marquee Event. Friday March 6, 2026 at the FLATO Academy Theatre, Lindsay

Women’s Resources brings top rated, Canadian performers to our local community – one way to say thank you to our generous supporters and donors.
The Marquee Event brings excitement and energy to the community and has raised considerable funds (over $225,000) for Women’s Resources.
Since we began this fundraiser in 2011, we have never looked back…
Our first Marquee was with Arlene Dickinson on International Women’s Day in 2011. The local businesses and media embraced the event with generous sponsorships. The community responded and the show sold out.
Since then performers for the Marquee have included Rick Mercer (twice!), Chantal Kreviazuk, The Jim Cuddy Band, Jann Arden (twice!), Buffy Sainte Marie, Blue Rodeo, Serena Ryder, Dean Brody and Colin James. Each performer has contributed to our national identity and it was an honour to have them perform for us and our community.
