For over 30 years, Women’s Resources has worked with the community to provide services and support to help women & their children fleeing abuse

Abuse is when someone uses their power to control the actions and beliefs of another person.

Women’s Resources of Kawartha Lakes, is a not-for-profit organization created and run by local women.

Accessibility

Women’s Resources is committed to ensuring that our services are as accessible to all as possible. We have an Accessibility Policy as well as a Customer Service Plan.

RESOURCE CENTRE

Books and DVD’s are available in our library including online resources.

We also provide information and education on woman abuse as well as local, national, and Provincial women’s issues
